Spotted in Long Beach is a Ferrari TR Fiberglass Body for $8,000 USD. This body is modeled after the 1957 – 1958 Ferraro 250 TR race car. They were introduced at the end of the 1957 season in preparation for the regulations restricting sports cars to 3 liters for Le Mans and World Sports Car Championship races from 1958. These cars dominated their competitors, with variations winning 10 World Sports Car Championship races including the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1958, 1960, and 1961, the Sebring 12 Hours in 1958, 1959 and 1961, the Targa Florio in 1958, the Buenos Aires 1000Km in 1958 and 1960 and the Pescara 4 Hours in 1961.

Who makes this body?
Spotted in Arizona is a 1985 Ferrari Testarossa Owned By OJ Simpson for $1,250,000 USD. The seller has put his car formerly owned by OJ Simpson up for auction at the same time OJ was released from prison. He has set a high Buy It Now Price but bidding is currently only at $75,100 US with 1 day 5 hours left. 1985 was the first year for the Testarossa to come to the USA. In this first year only 121 examples were brought into the country making these early flying mirrors very rare cars. I wonder how many of the 1985 examples still exist?

Spotted in Kilauea is a 1986 Ferrari Mondial Convertible for $40,000 USD. Very little is known about this car. I can see aftermarket wheels but hopefully he has kept the factory wheels as part of the sale. My first Ferrari experience was a 328 GTS when I was in college. There is nothing like driving a Ferrari around the coast of the Islands. The seller states the car is in cherry condition so it maybe worth taking a look at.

Here is a 1988 Ferrari Testarossa that has been salvaged due to flood damage in Texas. You can see how high the watermark is on the front hood. Look at the interior pictures as a reference so you can learn to spot possible water damage in the future. For the water level to get that high on the hood and side strakes, the interior water level must have been up to the seat bottoms at least! Check out the pictures of mold spots on the headrest and B Pillars. I think there will be a huge number of flood damaged cars coming to market so be aware. Its a shame to see these beautiful classic cars become salvaged and turned into parts cars.
Do you think the engine can still be saved after flood levels that high?
