This is a matching numbers 1958 Porsche 356A thats been stored in Sonoma, California. Its original color was Fjord Green with Beige interior. The seller has welded in new Stoddard floors however the battery box and rockers are still solid and original. The original engine is currently out of the car and being rebuilt. The owner has lost interest in the car and ready to pass it on to another lucky owner. He is missing bumpers , decos and guards. This car looks to be in good condition for a full restoration. Good Porsche 356 cares are getting more rare and prices continue to climb. This would be a fun project to take on.
These are just amazing and unique off road vehicles from Lamborghini. This LM002 has only 20k miles. On October 25th, we posted a red LM002 for sale for $399,000 with half the mileage. I saw the heavy weight champsion Mike Tyson in Los Angeles driving a white one many years ago.
If you had $250,000 and you had to choose a car, would you pick this one?
Another basket case car, just like the Vacaville Porsche 356. This is in no better shape but it also has an intact VIN number. This can still be a good purchase for the right restoration. This car will most likely go to Europe. I love all 356 cars and if possible they should all be restored. They are fun to drive and always put a smile on your face especially the Speedsters.
The 1976 Lamborghini Countach LP400 Periscopica is incredibly rare. There were only 158 examples produced by the end of 1977. This is a beautiful example in blue with white interior and blue seat inserts. The engine is 3929 cc delivering 370 hp at 8,000 rpm. It was capable of 180 mph. They only weighed 1,065 kg or 2,348 lbs. The LP400 are the most desirable of with the Periscope rear view mirror. These cars feature a unique cut out in the roof panel to permit higher rearward visibility. This car is in pristine condition and should sell well. It has become quite a collectible car with an 1975 model sold at auction in June of 2014 for 953,500 British Pounds at Bonhams Goodwood Festival of Speed.
