MOMO Ferrari 333SP Wheel

Spotted in West Palm Beach, Florida is a MOMO Ferrari 333SP Wheel for $2,999 USD.   This would make a cool addition  for any Ferrari enthusiast’s collection.  If you are a true racing aficionado of either the renowned Momo brand or Ferrari, then you will agree with me that this represents the glory days of Endurance Racing+Ferrari+Momo… After Ferrari being absent from sportscar racing for nearly 20 years, the 333SP endurance machine rolled out in 1994 using a tuned and naturally aspirated V-12 derived from one of its Formula 1 racers. There has not been a more successful and contemporary endurance prototype from Ferrari since the 333SP, which went on to win the 24 Hours of Daytona, 12 Hours of Sebring, FIA Sportscar Championship, as well as the IMSA manufacturer and driver’s championships – all on multiple occasions. It even won its class at Le Mans. This rear wheel rear came off the founder of Momo – Giampiero Moretti’s personal Ferrari 333SP and has been autographed by “Mad” Max Papis, one of the most illustrious drivers on the Momo liveried car, which also happens to be the most well-known 333SP in existence. Due to the eBay policy that does not allow for any outside links, you can perform a Google search for Max Papis and Moretti that will lead to a link on a Papis interview about his days with the Momo 333SP.

The shop I worked at in Blueash Ohio would mount
and balance the wheels and tires for Doran racing
when they stopped racing the there car they were
just giving away wheels, I took a front wheel and tire for myself. Very cool to see that a rear wheel is out there still.

I have always collected wheels. Love to hear stories like that.
