1962 Porsche 356B For Sale
Location: Mandeville, Louisiana
VIN 118808
Here is another 1962 Porsche 356B for sale this time in Louisiana. Seller states this car has original rust free pans, new paint, and an excellent interior. This is a non matching car with has a Super 90 Spec Engine installed. I like the lower valence and sport exhaust pipes found on this car but not so much the bumper mounted fog lights.  This is a non matching numbers car that has the higher hp engine which would make it a fun daily driver. Its a non matching numbers car and will be fine for someone wanting to get a Porsche 356.   The previous post was a fully restored black 356B in Chicago with matching number engine and transmission for about the same price.   The other one seems like a bargain compared to this one.   Perhaps some negotiating will get this car down to a reasonable price.
1.10.17  update: Seller had car for 1.5 years  and has no rust.   Last owner had the car for 20 years.

Location: Chicago
VIN 210332
In Chicago there is this 1962 Porsche 356B thats been given a full restoration and is a matching numbers car.   According to the Certificate of Authenticy (COA), No. 210332 came from the factory as a black car (color 6213) and red leatherette interior.   It was originally ordered with the optional chrome wheels.   It is not a fresh restoration but restored some time ago and looks to be in great shape.   The car was restored back to its original color combination.   All body panels match and the engine matches the number on the COA.   This looks to be a good candidate to buy for the price.  It has original floors and the undercarriage is rust free. 2,826 1962 porsche 356B T-5 Coupes Produced

1957 Porsche 356A For Sale Location: Los Angeles, California
VIN 100118
As a previous owner of a 1957 Porsche 356A, I have stop thinking about getting another one. Hopefully this time a speedster. They are incredibly satisfying cars to drive. This 356A T1 coupe came from the factory as Graphite Metallic (color 5603) with red leather interior. It is currently Ruby Red and looks stunning. Its been extensively restored with documentation and records of the process. It includes the Certificate of Authenticity (COA). The 356A  was built between 1955 -1959.  There were a total of 21,045 examples built.  It is believed that less than half have survived.  Its true, many are being given full restorations now which is fantastic but imagine how rare it is to find an original paint , original interior , original engine car.   Those cars are amazing to see and once in a while there is one that pops up.   I enjoy looking at all original cars for hours on end.   All 356A cars have a special meaning to me and will always try to have one in my garage.
