1994 Mercedes E500 Found in Philadelphia
Location: Philadelphia
Odometer: 226,000 Miles
This E500 is located in Philadelphia and the owner sounds like a true enthusiast.    He says he has service records going back 20 + years with over 100 pages of detailed maintenance records.   It has had 3 owners since new and no history of accidents or rust.  The mileage is high at 226,000 miles which could scare off a lot of people but it sounds like its always been properly maintained.  I am interested to know if a engine rebuilt has been done and if so by whom?   It is worth doing an inspection but the car looks better than most I have seen. There were 1528 examples built between 1992 to 1994.   In 1994 , there was believed to be 350-400 units produced with probably half that are

1994 Mercedes Benz E500 Only 22K Miles, Like New Condition
Location: Marietta, Georgia
Odometer  21,935 Miles
The 1994 Model year was the last for the E500.   This one only has 21,935 miles and maybe the lowest mileage example in the world.   It has all original paint Smoke Silver (paint 702) and flawless Parchment tan interior. The seller will include its original window sticker, sales contract , all books and manuals.   It has had 3 owners from new and was originally sold in California.   There are no accidents or damage of any kind.   If you like these cars, it will be hard to find a better example.  All the ones I see need alot of work and have very high miles.  What an incredible find.

Sold for 84,000 Euros at  Sotheby’s Auction / Duemila Ruote / November 25th, 2016
Base Price when new:  $121,472 USD to $161,422 USD Model: 300E AMG 6.0 ‘Hammer’ Engine: 6.0 liter V8 / 375 horsepower Transmission: 5-speed manual Mileage: Unknown This is a early W124 body AMG 6.0 Hammer from 1988.    The expected price range at Auction was from  2,500 – 5000 Euros but sold for an astounding 84,000 Euros.   At the time, it was considered the fastest passenger sedan in the world. It was faster than the Lamborghini Countach from 60-120mph. Whats interesting about this car to me is that its a manual transmission.  I have never seen an AMG car fitted this way.  The AMG steering wheel and the Recaro Seats are in good condition.  In typical AMG fashion, it has  black AMG monoblock wheels that match the body.

1991 Mercedes Benz AMG Hammer E60 W124 body
Price $75,000
Mileage: 12,428 miles Chassis: WDB1240361B565465 This is believed to be a true factory E60.  I see no reason to doubt it. Only 126 of these rare cares were produced by Mercedes. AMG re-engineered the reliable M119 5.0 litre V8, increasing capacity to 6.0 litres and boosting power by almost 100hp. What do you think of price? Post your comments!
