2011 SLC Superlite
Top of the line Race car. Street legal.
This RCR SLC supercar was built and designed in Detroit with contributions from Formula 1 engineers. The Superlite SLC is a mid-engine supercar with an all-aluminum monocoque chassis, billet push-rod suspension and a 6-point roll-over cage. A unique design, it has neither a donor car, nor is it a replica of another car.
It’s powered by an aluminum HKE 468ci LS engine with 6-speed manual transmission. It’s finished in a custom-blended House of Kolors-based Kandy Apple Red. The custom carbon-fiber and genuine Porsche leather and Porsche Alcantara interior by Lux Motorwerks includes Tillett B5 seats reupholstered with Porsche leather and Alcantara, Tillett brackets, custom gauges, electric parking brake, headliner-mounted rearview camera LCD screen, push-button start and a Bluetooth-capable lightweight stereo system. Other features include a Ram-Lift front nose lift kit for navigating speed bumps, HRE lightweight wheels with brand-new Toyo tires, Brembo 14″ brakes with stainless lines and a remote Setrab oil cooler.
