Seller state:
The car will transform into a “submarine” with the push of one button. Steering wheel controls all the functions of the port and starboard rudders. A ball valve controls the air tanks which sets all up and down bubble depths. Car can float like a boat… or submerse like a submarine. Max speed submersed is 40 knots.
I think the seller is kidding but not quite sure if he is actually stating the car will transform into a submarine. I do not believe any of the James Bond movie cars could transform. There were 6 cars made for the movie and only 1 was submersible but did not transform into a submarine.
Here is a reference to Wet Nellie which is the submarine version created for the movie
Even Elon Musk was reported to buy the Lotus Esprit Submarine used in the James Bond movie. He recently purchased that car at auction in London for $966,560

I used to drive the car in the Ohio River; however, I have not done so in a while due to a small crack in the windshield. I did price a new windshield… about $400.00.
Car is in excellent condition. Oil and plugs changed yesterday, tires replaced 5000 miles ago, strong running, fast and a real head turner. Odometer 82,637 as of today. Always parked inside and I have detailed maintained records. Titled in Ohio… but I keep the Euro plates for nostalgic value.

Really neat car! Let me know if you have questions. The car that was used in the movie was sold for $900,000+ (look it up). So this is a real steal! Very, very firm on price. Will not come down at all.
