Rare Porsche 911 Targa Limousine built for the late Benihana founder Rocky Aoki. Rocky built a few different limousines during his life. He would race them in events like the Gumball rally.
The pics of the car in green with sponsors are from an event he ran in. It was the 1991 Car and Driver One Lap of America. He had it set up with a bed so one person could get some sleep and it had some other amenities that made that week long blast around the country a little easier.
The car was professionally modified by a coach builder on the east coast. They used 2 1974 Targa’s to build this. The body is in good condition. No rust. It has a 959 body kit. Has 2 front Recaro seats, It needs upholstery work and carpet.
It needs an engine. Original engine was stolen. car roles fine. Targa top needs to be rebuilt. Wheels are in good condition. Tires are old. Look at pics for condition. Car was purchased from Rocky shortly before his passing in 2008. car is sold as is.
