1971 Porsche 911T Targa Project

Spotted in Los Angeles i s a 1971 Porsche 911T Targa for $54,000 USD.    This a a partially restored car that still needs its interior and glass to be installed.  The car does run and drive  using a non matching 2.2 liter engine.   The seller states it has a new complete brake system, new fuel system, and carbs rebuilt along with shop invoices.    Recently all fluids were replaced , valve adjustment, and carbs synched.   The engine has good compression and does not smoke.  This could be an easy project for someone to get it back on the road.   I love the slate grey color and this could be a project that can be driven until funds are sufficient to complete the project.

Is this a period correct color?

What do you think of this 1971 911 with a non matching engine?
