1970 Mercedes 600 SWB Â 6.3 Project
Spotted in California is a 1970 Mercedes 600 SWB 6.3 Project for $34,900 USD.  This is the rare and highly desirable 6.3 liter Mercedes complete with its engine and transmission.  The seller states it has no rust and no accidents.  Most of the parts are there but he admits there pieces missing.  His price seems high for what it is but maybe its worth it.

Update 9/9/17: Â The Cabriolet in the picture is a true 280se 3.5 Cabriolet which are approaching $300,000 USD plus. Â It is unfortunately not for sale. Â The 600 SWB is basically a parts car. Â It is missing interior pieces among other hard to find bits, but the seller states the 6.3 engine runs. Â I dont believe this car will be restored due to the high cost of sourcing all the parts. Â Hopefuly I am wrong.
