Sale Details:
Braun international is acting as an agent for the Bankruptcy Trustee. The seller will select the highest and best offers no earlier than October 19th Noon PT. The buyer is required to pay the purchase price in full prior to removal. payment must include any applicable sales tax (if necessary to be collected by Braun). The buyer is solely responsible for loading and transporting at the buyers cost. The sale of the car shall be sold, conveyed and assigned, as applicable “as is”, “where is” with all faults and with no representations and warranties of any kind or nature, express or implied.
