1960 Porsche 356B Reuter Coupe

Spotted in San Francisco is a 1960 Porsche 356B Reuter Coupe for $45,000 USD.   This is a 1600 S Reutter built on 7/14/1960 was originally Ruby Red (Color 6002) with a light grey leatherette interior (Code D).   This car has been owned by the same family for 40 years and was driven regularly in the 70’s and 80’s.   The engine was replaced with a rebuilt 1962 S engine at some point.  It was painted yellow at one point and is now painted grey and the interior was redone in black.   The car did have some body work done it, and as can be seen under the rear bumper area, there is a crack in the bondo right beneath the bumper line. Some of the floor panels were replaced with sheet metal.   Their  mechanic has done a full tune-up with new distributor cap, rotor, points, spark plug wires, synced the carbs, etc. The car starts right up and runs and drives well.
