1966 Porsche 912 Vintage Race Car

Spotted in Colorado Springs is a 1966 Porsche 912 Vintage Race Car for $39,995 USD.   This is a non-sunroof coupe that has been raced for many years.   It has campaigned in PCA and Rocky Mountain Vintage Racing by an ex-Navy pilot.   It was built and refined to be a reliable car – not a hand grenade. On tight tracks, it can still give many 911s a serious run for the money. With the theme of reliability, the engine was built with Weber 40 IDF Carbs, header with custom ‘stinger’ Supertrapp muffler. It runs 3 oil coolers – the stock one

1971 Porsche 917/10 Can Am Replica

Spotted is a 1971 Porsche 917/10 Can Am Replica for $80,000 USD.  The seller says this car was built to resemble JO Siffert’s car.  It has 2 2007 Subaru Tribeca EZ30 Engines bolted together at the crankshaft.  Insane!  The front engine is set up at Top Dead Center on cylinder one and the rear engine is set on cylinder six. The next cylinder in the firing sequence. The front engine will talk to the Megasquirt MS3 Pro Evo computer and then the signals will be split to the injectors and coils.  The seller needs additional guidance to set up the computer wiring to run correctly.   This is a ambitious project but I am eager to see these running on the track one day.

1973 Porsche 911 RS 915 Transmission Oil Pump

Spotted in Los Angeles is a 1973 Porsche 911 RS 915 Transmission Oil Pump for $6,499 USD.   The seller states all pieces are genuine NOS Porsche parts.   This set up is missing the ball bearings needed for the pump gears.  Can those be found?  Although the effective of this style of pump may not justify the price , I still would like to fit this to my 915 transmission.   It definitely has a cool factor to it.
