1991 Mercedes AMG 500SL 6.0

Spotted in San Diego, California is a 1991 Mercedes AMG 500SL 6.0 for $89,000 USD.  The selling dealer states this car has only 21,740 original miles. The exterior is blue/black metallic and the interior is anthracite leather. This special ordered car was originally delivered to the Kingdom of Jordan for the Royal Family. Completion of the work at AMG was finished by the end of September, 1990. For unknown reasons, the original order from Amman, Jordan was cancelled and the vehicle instead remained at AMG until finally being sold to a private Japanese museum collection

Spotted in California is a 1991 Mercedes 560SEC AMG Factory Widebody. I am trying to make contact with the seller to find more details. This would be a super rare find if true and a worthy restoration project to undertake. There are so many questions to the legitimacy of this car. Hopefully more details soon.

AMG 3.6L Motor

Spotted in Seattle, Washington is an AMG 3.6L Motor for $2,100 USD.  The seller states this is a very rare and hard to find motor.  It is capable of 280hp and came from Japan with 77k miles on it.   This motor would be a good candidate for a w1246 E320 Coupe swap.   It comes with a very rare 3.6 intake tube  and for W124 with HFM EFI (93-95), comes with an already-chipped ECU for non-ASR cars by Speedtuning to take advantage of the higher HP 3.6L.

1992 Mercedes 500E

Spotted in Los Angeles, California is a 1992 Mercedes 500E for $13,500 USD.  This is the first year of the 500E W124 and is smoke silver with pebble cream interior.  It has a clean title but was in an accident at some point.  The seller states that only Mercedes parts were used in the repair.  The is not the most popular of colors and certainly not my favorite but this looks like its got potential.   Unfortunately, it has 191,522 original miles.   The good news is that the timing chain was done at 164k miles along with the upper and lower engine harnesses.   The seller also replaced the alternator, starter, and Euro headlights.   The driver seat is worn and will need to be reupholstered.  There is an option to purchase AMG monoblock 2 , R129 Steering Wheel, and Becker Traffic Pro Radio and Navigation for a total price of $15,500 USD.

Mercedes W126 Glove Box TV, AMG Steering Wheels , and AMG Gauge Cluster Found in Illinois

Mercedes W126 AMG Glove Box TV, AMG Steering Wheel, and AMG Gauge Cluster

Spotted in Illinois is a Mercedes W126 AMG Glove Box TV, AMG Steering Wheel, and AMG Gauge Cluster for $2,899 USD. These parts have been removed from a Japanese w126 SEC wide body AMG. The pre-merger AMG steering wheel has some scratches but both horn buttons work properly but includes the wheel hub as well. The instrument cluster has AMG white faces which are metal and not cheap paper imitations. The cluster shows in Kilometers not Miles.  By far the best item in this auction is the AMG Glove Box Panasonic TV with all accessories and the remote control.  Nothing screams 1990s AMG than this TV.  I doubt the reception was ever that good but it spoke volumes of the decade of excess.  The TV console has a small storage department with cup holders when the door is open. The seller does not know if the TV is functional.
